David Londt

David Londt’s practice centres on civil and commercial litigation, family law and labour law, where he provides strategic legal solutions shaped around each client’s unique circumstances.

David earned his LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and was admitted as an attorney in 2009 with right of appearance in the High Court. He later completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration at Wits Business School, a grounding that gives him a sharp commercial understanding of the disputes and transactions his clients face. He doesn’t just see the legal question; he sees the business and personal realities behind it.

Over his career David has represented individuals and businesses in complex disputes before the Magistrates’ Court, High Court, Labour Court and various tribunals, asserting and protecting his clients’ rights with meticulous preparation and strong advocacy. His courtroom experience also informs his drafting work: agreements prepared by a litigator are agreements built to survive a fight.
